As the Digital Marketing Manager at AMC Health, I translate comprehensive marketing strategies into highly effective, targeted campaigns aligned seamlessly with customized goals and objectives. Spearheading the development and design of strategic campaign materials, I ensure they convey our message effectively and leave a lasting impact on our audience. I play a pivotal role in updating and maintaining brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all company internal and external materials, from marketing collateral to customer-facing communications. Visually Impaired Advancement (VIA) • June 2021 - November 2023
As VIA's Director of Marketing and Communication, I strategically guided initiatives to uplift the organization's brand and empower the visually impaired community. Leading a team of two professionals, I orchestrated cohesive plans, significantly amplifying VIA's social media following by 1,022% and web traffic by 585% in 2021. Beyond metrics, I secured over $400,000 in donations through strategic partnerships, appeals, and impactful outreach events. In 2022, I expanded VIA's digital presence, fostering community partnerships and establishing the Marketing and Communications Committee for collaborative efforts. I maximized brand exposure and engagement through successful advertising campaigns with WGRZ and WIVB. Taking charge of VIA's signature events, such as the Gift Gathering and Dining in the Dark, we collectively raised over $150,000 to advance support for the visually impaired. I dedicated myself to effectively communicating VIA's mission throughout my tenure, contributing significantly to its growth and impact.

As the Communication Specialist at AUCH, I have diligently managed a diverse portfolio of in-person and virtual training and events. I showcased my expertise by overseeing three-day annual conferences, retreats, one-day learning sessions, and multi-piece webinars. My impact extended to the implementation, production, and analytic review of highly effective campaigns, including Utah's Health Center's "We're Open" COVID-19 campaign, AUCH's immunization campaign (1 million digital impressions), and AUCH's flu campaign (2.2 million digital impressions). Serving as AUCH's lead branding guide and graphic designer, I produced over 200 collateral pieces, including toolkits and comprehensive 24+ page annual reviews issued annually. I also demonstrated innovation by developing a streamlined FreshDesk ticketing system integrated with Microsoft Forms, significantly enhancing the efficiency of processing COVID-19 client relief applications for community health workers. My commitment to community well-being was further evident in my contribution to COVID-19 relief efforts by creating impactful marketing materials and overseeing the management of AUCH's website resource pages dedicated to relief and vaccinations.
